Position Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our Interior Systems Division, focusing on our manufacturing operations.
The Human Resources Business Partner plays a crucial role in managing daily HR operations in alignment with the Group's policies and procedures. This position involves strategic planning to support the business in achieving its current and future goals. The HRBP adds value by offering guidance and expertise in several key areas:
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Personally recruit key talents for the organization and ensure a comprehensive onboarding process.
- Identify and address short, medium, and long-term staffing challenges.
- Develop and maintain local workforce plans and coordinate with relevant agencies.
- Collaborate with managers on role definitions, replacement strategies, and job classifications.
Performance Management
- Assist with the STAR Process to enhance performance management.
- Identify performance and skill gaps and implement necessary improvements.
- Drive performance enhancement initiatives and foster positive changes in people management.
- Evaluate organizational structures and recommend adjustments.
Employee Development & Career Progression
- Lead the Training Plan process and facilitate individual development initiatives.
- Design succession plans for critical roles and high-potential employees.
Organizational Culture & Design
- Influence and support cultural and organizational changes to improve efficiency and flexibility.
- Build strong relationships with management teams.
- Ensure effective delivery of HR processes.
- Engage with Union Officials on local matters and manage collective agreements.
- Identify gaps in existing HR policies and contribute to their development.
Additional Responsibilities
- Uphold commitments to the ISO Environmental Policy.
- Adhere to established Environmental Management System procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the organization.
- Maintain the highest ethical standards in line with Faurecia's Code of Ethics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Relevant experience in HR within an industrial setting.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems and MS Office.
- An international perspective and strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in payroll, benefits, recruitment, and onboarding.
- A minimum of 5 years of HR and payroll experience.
