Key Responsibilities

  • Engage collaboratively with artists, agents, managers, promoters, and marketing teams to optimize revenue across diverse ticketing platforms, emphasizing the importance of ticketing as a critical revenue source.
  • Establish and oversee a systematic reporting schedule, adapting the frequency to align with tour dynamics and departmental requirements.
  • Monitor and report sales accurately across both Ticketmaster and alternative platforms.
  • Create tailored reporting formats in Excel to effectively present the financial performance of tours.
  • Manage distribution lists for reports, ensuring all relevant stakeholders receive timely sales updates.
  • Leverage various Ticketmaster TMI products to extract and analyze pertinent sales data.
  • Provide administrative support and customer service as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Highly organized with a strong emphasis on scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Possesses extensive knowledge of ticketing processes and inventory management, with experience in box office, venue, or event management.
  • A creative problem-solver with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, capable of developing macros and complex formulas, and effectively presenting data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at gathering necessary information from colleagues across various organizations.
  • Experienced in generating and delivering comprehensive financial reports.
