Job Summary:
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth guest experience. This includes checking guests in and out of the hotel efficiently, processing payments accurately, and providing information on hotel services and amenities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Register guests, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and room location.
  • Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Issue, control, and release guest safe-deposit boxes.
  • Communicate any outstanding guest requests or issues to management.

Qualifications:
To be successful as a Front Desk Agent, you should have 1-2 years of customer service experience, basic knowledge of computers and software, and the ability to stand for 8 hours.
