**Key Responsibilities:**

* Source, screen, and interview candidates in both English and Spanish.
* Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using various sourcing methods.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create tailored recruitment strategies.
* Conduct initial phone and video interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews with appropriate departments.
* Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and statuses within our applicant tracking system (ATS).
* Manage the full recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending offers and onboarding.
* Participate in job fairs, networking events, and recruitment initiatives to promote the company and attract talent.
* Ensure all hiring processes comply with employment laws and company policies.
* Provide feedback and recommendations to improve recruitment practices.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external recruiters, and candidates.
* Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
* Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
* Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a bilingual capacity is a plus.
* Knowledge of recruitment techniques and employment laws.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
