Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff and assist with day-to-day facility operations clinically and administratively
  • Responsible for all scheduling, performance of on-call duties, and assisting with time card submissions
  • Provide orientation to staff and clients, and conduct quarterly chart audits with the program manager
  • Perform primary counselor/family therapist duties for a caseload of 4-5 clients, and facilitate group sessions
  • Collaborate with the Admission Department and Manager for new referrals, screenings, and admissions
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year full-time work experience in Substance Use Disorder or a related field
  • Maintain licensure and credentials at all times
  • NYS CASAC or higher credential or other Qualified Health Professional (QHP) Certification, or Licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, etc.) required
