Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Resolution Specialist to join our team at the City of Minneapolis. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, resolving complex customer issues related to city billing, permits, and business licenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations, policies, and procedures, applying this knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
