Inbound Resolution Expert

We are seeking an Inbound Resolution Expert to join our customer service team at Nilfisk Group. As an Inbound Resolution Expert, you will be responsible for handling inbound phone calls, emails, and other customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of commercial cleaning equipment and services, and to contribute to our mission of creating a cleaner future.
This is an entry-level to experienced position where you will be working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer complaints. You will develop knowledge of key customers and build meaningful relationships, utilizing ERP, CRM, and online tools to confirm account information and provide accurate responses. Your ability to communicate effectively and professionally will make a significant impact on customer satisfaction. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound phone calls, emails, and other customer inquiries
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer complaints
- Develop knowledge of key customers and build meaningful relationships
- Utilize ERP, CRM, and online tools to confirm account information and provide accurate responses
- Communicate pricing, availability, and other relevant information to customers
- Issue credits and rebills as necessary according to company policy
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
- Entry-level to experienced candidate with 2+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and online tools
