Position Details:

We are in search of a talented and motivated Aerospace Propulsion Specialist to enhance our Engineering team. This position is ideal for an individual eager to elevate their career by engaging in innovative propulsion system projects.

The role demands a robust grasp of thermodynamics and a passion for technological advancement. Candidates should possess at least 3 years of pertinent experience.


Key Responsibilities:

As an Aerospace Propulsion Specialist, your duties will include:

  • Designing, developing, and testing propulsion systems for diverse applications, ensuring peak performance and efficiency.
  • Applying advanced thermodynamic principles to address intricate engineering challenges.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to seamlessly integrate propulsion systems into overall product frameworks.
  • Conducting thorough analyses of propulsion systems, pinpointing enhancement opportunities and executing innovative solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards for all propulsion systems.
  • Staying abreast of the latest advancements in propulsion technology and integrating new insights into our designs.
  • Providing technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master's degree or PhD is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the design and development of propulsion systems.
  • A solid understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer principles.
  • Experience with CAD software and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) applications.
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate complex technical information.
  • A proven track record of successful collaboration in team-oriented environments.
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • The capacity to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines while upholding high-quality standards.
