Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, handling check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring accurate and efficient processing of guest information.
  • Manage guest room assignments, ensuring that guests are accommodated in the rooms they have requested or have been assigned.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Process payments and handle guest accounts, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are available and in good working order.
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Hotel experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
