Overview: As a pivotal member of the AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) division, the AWS Investments team is dedicated to bridging the gap between the field and essential resources necessary for customer acquisition, growth, and retention in a secure and efficient manner.

Our Impact: Our platform underpins major sales and marketing initiatives at AWS, ranging from Startup Activate to Enterprise Migrations and Partners. We invest significant resources annually to foster positive customer outcomes.

Role Summary: We seek a dynamic, innovative, and experienced Product Leader with extensive knowledge in Go-To-Market platforms, tools, and methodologies. In this role, your focus will be on Partner programs and their integration into our platform. You will adopt a customer-centric approach to deliver high-quality, sustainable, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of all stages in the product lifecycle, including market research, competitor analysis, strategic planning, requirements gathering, and product launch.
  • Translate product vision into detailed specifications for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
  • Develop comprehensive product strategy documents that articulate customer challenges, business use cases, technical specifications, and expected ROI.
  • Analyze market trends to formulate adoption strategies and set product objectives for effective marketing communications.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product operations, and enablement teams throughout the development, quality assurance, and product release phases.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience in feature delivery and product trade-offs
- Background in technical product management or online services
- Ability to represent and advocate for diverse customer and stakeholder needs during executive-level planning.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, or QuickSight
- Experience in driving the adoption of new tools
- MBA degree
- Expertise in Go-To-Market platforms, tools, and processes.

Compensation: The base pay for this position varies based on geographic market, with a range from $136,100 to $235,200 per year. Pay is influenced by factors such as market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon offers a comprehensive compensation package that may include equity, sign-on bonuses, and a full range of medical and financial benefits.
