Job Description

This role involves managing a high-end, high-rise luxury multifamily project over 19-21 months. The position requires travel as needed and is based in Louisville, KY.

Requirements
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in managing multifamily projects valued at $20MM and higher.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
