As a High-Performing Architectural Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading project teams and delivering successful architectural and planning projects for healthcare clients. Your primary duties include interacting with clients to plan, design, and create high-quality projects that meet their needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing project delivery strategies with the Project Manager
  • Preparing construction cost estimates
  • Monitoring and updating designs throughout the process
  • Coordinating and directing project teams to conduct site analysis, building analysis, code analysis, and systems analysis
  • Evaluating and incorporating sustainable, high-performance, and LEED elements into designs
  • Preparing alternative design solutions
  • Ensuring owner criteria are met by all disciplines
  • Ensuring project deliverables, documents, and schedules are met by the project team

To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's Degree in Architecture, 5+ years of experience, and expertise in healthcare projects. Licensure is a plus.

BCforward offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, location, and qualifications.
