We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Multifamily Project Director to oversee and manage multiple high-end, high-rise luxury multifamily projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for reading documents and contracts, writing subcontracts, negotiating and awarding subcontracts, and maintaining schedules using Microsoft Project.

The role requires attending meetings, preparing minutes, assisting in the estimating process, reviewing and preparing change orders, and developing and tracking submittals, RFIs, and cost reports. Additionally, you will maintain owner relations, resolve issues through collaboration, and demonstrate leadership skills to ensure project responsibilities are carried out promptly and accurately.
