About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team at LDG Development. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by providing expert guidance and support on human resources-related matters.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, morale, and engagement; occupational health and safety. You will also maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and at least five years of experience in human resource management. A salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits program and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the corporate recruiter with scheduling interviews and facilitating the hiring of qualified job applicants;
  • Conducting pre-employment screenings and maintaining accurate records and reports related to HR programs, policies, and procedures;
  • Collaborating with departmental managers to develop and implement effective talent management strategies;
  • Providing support for employment-related inquiries and ensuring confidentiality in all matters;
  • Maintaining knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
