Spectrum Enterprise is seeking an ambitious Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering customized solutions to meet their evolving needs.

In this role, you will have the autonomy to build and execute your own sales strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. You will also have access to comprehensive training programs, including a 12-week paid sales training program that has earned numerous awards for excellence in sales enablement and performance tools.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record of success in sales. You will also need to be a quick learner, able to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously. **What We Offer:**
A comprehensive pay and benefits package, including a competitive salary range of $57,400 - $113,800 per year, plus commission earnings starting at $72,600. The ideal candidate will have three or more years of sales experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and technical skills such as knowledge of LAN, WAN, and fiber connected networks. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a related field, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience selling telecommunications products.
