Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial Pricing Specialist to join our team in Stamford, USA. As a key member of our Worldwide Pricing & Analytics team, you will be responsible for leading pricing analysis for US Multiline business.
Your primary objective will be to provide profitability analysis of markets, segments, and/or individual transactions to support our underwriters in making informed decisions. This role requires a strong understanding of mathematical and statistical concepts, as well as transactional actuarial pricing theory.
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in non-life reinsurance pricing, with a focus on US Multiline and/or Property business. A Bachelor's Degree and FCAS certification are required. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to navigate existing systems and processes effectively.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan.
