- Take initiative to resolve de-escalations or complaints and maintain a positive representation of the company at all times.
- Utilize training materials to ensure a smooth transition into a successful Sales/Customer Retention position.
- Participate in team-based training sessions to enhance employee performance and customer satisfaction.
- Must have great attention to detail and be a team player.
- Previous customer service and sales experience are a plus.
- Strong communication skills and organizational abilities are essential.
- Must be personable and comfortable interacting with customers daily.
- Desire to participate in professional development and take on new responsibilities.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service or customer relationship experience is required.
