We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Retail Banking Team in Kansas City, KS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through face-to-face interactions and communication opportunities.
- Perform primary bank transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and cash checks.
- Identify and initiate sales opportunities to offer additional bank services and products.
- Process and proof daily transactions through the back counter, ensuring proper holds are placed on checks.
- Assist retail-related positions as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- At least two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in a customer service representative/banking-type role is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance.
Compensation: $19/hr-$20/hr
