Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Sales: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build relationships with customers, and negotiate sales agreements.
- Collections: Manage and collect outstanding accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment and minimizing bad debt.
- Drive to Current and Potential Customers: Safely operate a company vehicle to visit customers, prospects, and other business-related locations.
Requirements
- Good Driving Record: Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to company safety policies.
- Self-Starter: Demonstrate initiative, work independently, and take ownership of tasks and projects.
- Customer Service Experience: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Familiarity with mechanical systems and tools is a plus.
- Highly Motivated: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
