Job Overview

Interra International is seeking a detail-oriented Global Compliance Coordinator to oversee export cargo documentation and ensure the smooth and accurate flow of goods across borders.

The ideal candidate will have a meticulous approach to handling export documentation and compliance requirements, as well as excellent communication skills to work with diverse teams and global partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage export cargo documentation to ensure prompt and accurate release of cargo.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, customers, government agencies, foreign locations, and global ocean freight providers.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations and AES requirements.
  • Submit and review negotiable bills of lading, health certifications, and other required documents.
  • Facilitate international trade by creating and verifying commercial documents.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of international shipping documentation, U.S. Customs regulations, and AES.
