At Asset Living, we're seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing Affordable Housing applications and ensuring they meet regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to monitor changes in LIHTC regulations. They will also be responsible for participating in tax credit reviews and attending HCCP training within the first two years of employment.

This role requires strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in RealPage Onesite Tax Credit software. Housing Credit Certified Professional certification is a plus.

This position entails travel, estimated at 50% of work time annually. Travel may be required for property visits, conferences, training sessions, or other business-related activities.
