About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Professional who can help us drive new business opportunities and contribute to our company's growth. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for lead generation, CRM management, follow-up activities, and trade show engagement.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes is essential, as is experience attending and networking at trade shows or industry events.

Responsibilities
  1. Produce high-quality leads through proactive outreach and engagement with potential clients.
  2. Maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and pipeline status within our CRM system.
  3. Execute timely follow-up calls and post-campaign follow-ups to nurture leads and move them further down the sales funnel.
  4. Represent Anchora at trade shows, engaging with prospects, generating leads, and identifying business opportunities.
