We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at Anchora. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who is passionate about building relationships and generating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and physical mail to generate new leads and nurture existing ones.

In this role, you will also manage our CRM systems, ensuring accurate and detailed records of all interactions, leads, and pipeline status. Your ability to track and document follow-up activities will ensure timely engagement with prospective clients, moving them further down the sales funnel.

As a Business Development Representative at Anchora, you will have the opportunity to represent the company at trade shows and industry events, engaging with prospects, generating leads, and identifying business opportunities. This includes 'hunting' for new leads and building relationships with industry contacts during and after events.

To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes is essential, as well as experience attending and networking at trade shows or industry events.

About the Team

You will be working closely with our Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth. Our team is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and support, and we are looking for someone who shares our values and is passionate about delivering results.

About the Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 + bonus, with the potential to earn up to $85,000 in total compensation.
