Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Team Lead to join our team at Slice Merchant Services.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of Outside Sales Representatives and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of up to 20 Outside Sales Representatives nationwide
- Daily communication with your team about their day-to-day activities
- Pipeline management and daily lead disposition
- Develop strong business relationships with sales representatives on your team while closing business owners on our products and services
- Collaborate with your sales rep to prepare and present competitive sales proposals
- Work closely with the Director of Sales

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) cold calling, networking, and closing experience
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship building, and presentation skills
- Strong work ethic with a drive to succeed
- Proven outside or inside sales experience with a track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals
