Job Overview

We are seeking a Support Services Specialist to join our team at Hamilton-Ryker. This is an in-office opportunity where you will support our team and ensure the smooth operation of various HR functions.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. They will also be proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Manage personnel files via HRIS Document Manager and hard copies.
  • Travel arrangements and the processing of associated travel expenses for members of the HR team.
  • Use the HRIS system to prepare reports.
  • Support internal auditing efforts for accuracy, including I-9 records and employee personnel information.
  • Ensure federal and state regulation compliance for labor law posters.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars and help schedule meetings/conference calls.
  • Support the organization and scheduling of training or other meetings as needed.
  • Organize and maintain the HR supply room and order supplies.
  • Perform other administrative duties, including photocopying, mailing, scanning, and filing.
