Job Title: Transportation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Coordinator to join our team at Asheville Ford Lincoln.

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Job:

  • This position involves transporting customers to and from their destinations in a safe and professional manner.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring shuttle vehicle maintenance and fuel levels, as well as running errands for the dealership as directed.
  • Excellent customer service skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with internal and external customers daily.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of trips, including customer names, vehicles picked up or dropped off, and destinations.

Requirements:

  • High School graduate or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record are must-haves.
  • Good interpersonal skills, consistent record of achieving or over-achieving goals, and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic are also required.
