Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Support: Assist employees with HR-related questions and concerns, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee relation issues, conduct investigations, and provide support to resolve conflicts.
  • Recruitment: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to provide full-cycle recruitment support for corporate and field positions.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Assist with new hire onboarding and training for Corporate and Regional staff.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee day-to-day benefits administration, including invoice reconciliations, benefits compliance, employee education, HRIS management, and liaison work with insurance vendors.
  • Disciplinary Actions: Review and ensure consistency and compliance with company policy for disciplinary actions and terminations.
  • Exit Surveys: Conduct exit surveys and interviews for employee terminations.
  • HR Administrative Tasks: Administer unemployment claim process, leave of absence program, and other HR administrative tasks.
  • Employee Accommodations: Review and respond to employee accommodation requests.
  • Team Management: Manage Regional Human Resource Specialists.
  • Operational Support: Provide operational and management support by traveling to Regional Offices across all states, frequently and as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum three (3) years of relative HR experience, with experience managing and leading a team.
  • Travel: Ability to travel regularly to support regional operations throughout the country.
  • Skills: Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, and ability to work cohesively and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
