Job Overview

This position reports directly to the Owner and works closely with our team of Staffing Consultants, providing administrative, recruiting, and staffing support. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Screen candidates and perform daily screening of applicants
  • Run payroll, prepare weekly Payroll, and complete I-9, E-Verify documentation
  • Provide reception services, including walk-in and phone calls
  • Communicate with Candidates and Clients via phone and email
  • Assist with reference checks and other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 6 months of experience in customer service, retail, or administrative roles. Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential. We also value Spanish language fluency, both spoken and written.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 to $58,000 per year, depending on experience and skills. PrideStaff Portland offers a competitive compensation package and opportunities for career growth and advancement.
