About the Role:

The Direct Support Professional provides direct client care and services at the client's residence and in accordance with a written service plan to help clients reach their goals. This includes working 1-on-1 with clients on a consistent schedule at their home and in their community.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full and partial assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Monitor clients for safety
  • Plan and organize daily tasks
  • Document services and report to supervisor weekly

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • 6 months verifiable experience working or volunteering in a direct care setting

Estimated Salary Range:$40,000 - $60,000 per year
