Key Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of the Director, the role involves:

  • Providing Readiness Expertise: Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders, delivering essential information and representing the SECE division. Engage in meetings, collaborate with colleagues to establish best practices, and ensure timely communication of work status to avoid delays.
  • Managing Customer Readiness Activities: Take full ownership of readiness initiatives related to assigned projects and changes. Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer impacts and facilitate effective communication regarding changes.
  • Enhancing Readiness Processes: Lead the development and improvement of training materials and readiness tools. Monitor the effectiveness of training post-implementation and make necessary adjustments to ensure ongoing relevance.
Qualifications:

Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Experience:
A minimum of three years of relevant experience, ideally in corporate training or change management within the energy sector.

Skills:
Strong training and development capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer service orientation are essential. Familiarity with energy industry technologies and project management principles is also advantageous.

Additional Information:

The compensation for the Customer Readiness Trainer position ranges from $39.20 to $65.33 per hour. All applicant information will be kept confidential in accordance with EEO guidelines.
