An employee in this role can expect an hourly wage starting at $15.50.Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional beverages that surpass customer expectations through engaging interactions, building rapport, listening attentively, and providing friendly, prompt service while customizing orders.
- Make thoughtful beverage and food suggestions to ensure an engaging experience that connects customers with the right products to meet their preferences.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the Café by ensuring a well-stocked bake case and neatly arranged merchandise.
- Take pride in the Café environment, prioritizing cleanliness and organization, as these elements are integral to the customer experience.
- Adhere to all operational standards accurately and promptly, in line with Café guidelines, safety, and health regulations.
- Safeguard company resources by following established processes and working efficiently to minimize waste.
- Recognize and respond to the needs of both customers and colleagues with urgency and care.
- Engage in physical activities within the Café, including prolonged standing, repetitive bending, lifting, climbing, and operating espresso machines, as well as assisting on the sales floor when necessary.
