Job Overview
The Sales Support Associate is accountable for enhancing the customer journey across various business sectors, including retail, rental, and custom services within a store environment.

The Sales Support Associate is expected to collaborate effectively within a high-performing team, built on trust, dedication, and a results-oriented mindset.

Additionally, the Associate will play a vital role in cultivating a positive workplace culture by respecting colleagues at all levels and contributing to a supportive work atmosphere.


Key Responsibilities
  • Exhibit exemplary selling techniques for retail, custom apparel, and special occasion rentals, as instructed by management and outlined in corporate training resources.
  • Encourage and engage in collaborative selling practices.
  • Establish a rapport with customers from the initial greeting through follow-up communications.
  • Contribute to achieving store sales targets and metrics, while maintaining personal sales goals and ensuring high-quality transactions.
  • Utilize tailors for alterations whenever possible; if unavailable, accurately fit customers and suggest necessary adjustments.
  • Assist in receiving inventory, organizing new merchandise, and ensuring the store remains clean, orderly, and visually appealing according to merchandising standards.
  • Participate in visual merchandising efforts, adhering to brand guidelines for all related tasks.
  • Help safeguard company assets by monitoring security and reporting any damaged or missing items.
  • Support merchandise inventory counts as requested by management, reporting any inconsistencies.
  • Actively engage as a member of the store team, holding oneself accountable for individual performance while fostering teamwork to achieve collective goals.
  • Maintain a harassment-free workplace by strictly following the company's Anti-Discrimination and Harassment policies and promptly reporting any concerns to management.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently bend, squat, twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders to access merchandise, and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.

Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $20.00, based on individual skills, background, and experience, with consideration for market location and applicable wage laws.

Opportunities may arise to work across multiple store locations and brands.
