Job Description

This role requires a highly motivated sales professional who can develop and execute successful account development strategies, build strong relationships with key clients, and drive revenue growth for our hospitality business in Ohio.

Main Responsibilities
  • Target high-revenue potential sales calls to drive a successful direct sales program, aligning with department goals and marketing strategies.
  • Capture competitor's accounts through research, networking, and reader board surveys to target new business.
  • Acquire referrals from existing accounts, following up on leads within 48 hours and sending them to other Sage hotels when applicable.
Sales Performance Metrics
  • Achieve a minimum of 90% of productivity goals and 100% of activity goals as established by management.
Additional Requirements
  • Utilize yield management techniques to profitably negotiate room rates and function space commitments, enhancing the hotel's financial performance.
  • Maintain an organized file management system to serve clients and employer efficiently.
