Job Summary
The Director of Revenue Management is a key revenue-driving role for Raffles Boston, Accor's North American ultra-luxury flagship property. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Director of Revenue Management is responsible for driving total hotel profit optimization using a rational, disciplined decision-making process, while managing risk under current and anticipated market conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align revenue goals with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform revenue management decisions.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date revenue management systems and processes.
- Provide regular revenue performance reports and insights to senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in revenue management, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
