Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
Coordinate with other departments, including sales and production, to ensure timely delivery of products and services
Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers as needed
Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate channels for resolution
Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the database
Continuously strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
Proven experience in customer service or related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with SAP and SalesForce software is a plus
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
Order-entry experience is a huge plus
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
