Fivetran is revolutionizing data access, making it as simple and reliable as electricity. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive aggressive new customer and partner revenue goals, growing our footprint in the Enterprise market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive pipeline generation and exceed revenue goals.
  • Accelerate the growth and adoption of Fivetran in the Enterprise Market through value-driven sales cycles.
  • Lead in-depth discovery and demonstrate a deep interest in our Enterprise customers' data challenges, identifying required capabilities and positive business outcomes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Fivetran's vision and communicate it effectively to a broad range of audiences.
  • Seek out and land deals with new Enterprise target accounts, growing their footprint with Fivetran through new use cases, cross-sells, and expansion.
  • Build strategic relationships with partners to identify new opportunities and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Forecast accurately and provide clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing and progressing opportunities.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of large enterprise software sales experience and well-developed pattern recognition for navigating complex organizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to hold multiple stakeholders accountable throughout a complex value-driven sales cycle.
  • In-depth familiarity with the modern data technology industry and key players.
  • Experience managing a complex sales process and possessing excellent presentation and listening skills, organization, and contact management capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment and keep up with a highly motivated team in a growing market.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate the big picture in an inspiring way.
  • Previous experience with data integration, database, ETL, or business intelligence technologies is a plus, but not required.
