Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly, fostering a customer-centric atmosphere.
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients to ascertain their financial requirements.
- Efficiently and accurately process customer transactions in a dynamic setting.
- Assist in account openings and loan application processes.
- Conduct regular sales reporting on a daily and weekly basis.

Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of successful sales experience in a performance-driven or relationship-focused environment.
- At least six months of cash handling experience in a retail context.
- Proven ability to generate referrals, including engaging with local businesses.

- Strong work ethic and integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- A friendly, outgoing, and confident demeanor.
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
- Regular attendance and punctuality are essential for this role.
Preferred Skills
- Demonstrated sales success in a retail banking environment, with knowledge of banking products and services.
- Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent use of computer screens.
- Ability to operate a computer keyboard and perform various physical tasks.
- Intermittent standing, walking, and bending throughout the workday.
- Capacity to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10-25 pounds.
