Job Title: Social Media Supervisor

At Publicis Groupe, we're seeking a highly skilled Social Media Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our social media team, you will be responsible for developing innovative social strategies to meet and exceed client business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media plans that drive business results
  • Lead a team of social media planners and foster integration across all departments
  • Collaborate with media teams to translate client goals into actionable items
  • Oversee the development and implementation of social media plans
  • Prepare plan presentations and oversee preparation of social media plan presentation elements
  • Supervise and direct the development and implementation of specified social media plans
  • Lead weekly social media meetings with clients and provide insight into weekly online media results
  • Work closely with influencer and content teams on paid activation of custom content
  • Develop and execute social test and learns, specifically around social commerce activation
  • Build and maintain relationships with social media publishers and internal agency counterparts
  • Stay up-to-date with new social media trends and processes

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of social media planning and buying experience, preferably at an advertising or media agency
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Extensive experience working with native social media ad platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest) with extensive knowledge in full funnel capabilities and objectives
  • Experience with social commerce capabilities and ad formats across all social platforms
  • Experience with campaign management/ad serving technology
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, guiding junior staff
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors
