Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales goals and grow the corporate business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to plan and execute wellness initiatives, events, and communication to expand the corporate member base and support client health and wellness objectives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and leverage Equinox's services, programs, and products to drive business growth
- Lead the club-level corporate sales strategy and facilitate daily goal setting with the General Manager
- Coach and train membership advisors in our corporate sales process
- Execute multiple corporate events and workshops per club for in- and out-of-club lead generation
- Previous value-based sales experience preferred
- Driven, positive, entrepreneurial spirit with a propensity for leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven leadership record
- Personal passion for health and fitness
- Enjoy working within a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills and habits
- Previous experience with being evaluated on quantitative metrics
- Use and proficiency in E-CRM systems preferred
- Portfolio Management experience preferred
