Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and reassessments for patients
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or a related field
- Three years of clinical nutrition experience, with a preference for pediatric experience
- Expert knowledge of clinical nutrition in the area of specialty
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
