As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support and care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to pilots, passengers, and other stakeholders
  • Assist with fuel orders, online times, and other logistical tasks
  • Communicate effectively via phone, email, and radio
  • Enter data related to invoicing, payment processing, and fuel records
  • Assist with general cleaning and stocking of the pilot and passenger area
Requirements:
  • A High School diploma or GED (an Associate's degree is preferred)
  • Experience in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment
  • Two to four years' relevant experience in a related field
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • A valid driver's license
  • Proficiency in basic math and the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • A typing speed of at least 40-60 words per minute
  • A professional appearance
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check following FAA and DOT guidelines
