This position involves overseeing the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, ensuring superior client care, and maximizing productivity of the veterinary medical team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing finances, maintaining accurate balances, and providing professional, efficient, and exceptional service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team in actively recruiting new clients by promoting hospital services and routing the flow of clients and pets to ensure superior client care and maximum productivity of the veterinary medical team.
  • Oversee the process of maximizing the number of pets seen by the hospital team through a productive and efficiently run hospital to support the needs of our wellness plan clients.
  • Ensure that professional, efficient, and exceptional service is provided at all times, including educating clients about their pet's health.
  • Assist incoming and outgoing clients with necessary documentation, information, and instructions.
  • Manage finances by maintaining accurate balances and utilizing proper opening and closing procedures.


Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Two years of related experience required with customer service preferred.
  • Medical background with medical terminology training is preferred.
  • Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time.
  • Ability to be confident around pets.
  • Client needs and work volume may often require more than 40 hours per week to complete essential duties of this job.
