Job Title: Front Office Manager

21c Museum Hotels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service and promoting the 21c brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Front Office team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Supervise and train Front Desk Agents, Bell/Valet, and Night Audit staff
  • Implement and maintain hotel policies and procedures
  • Monitor and control cash transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in hotel front office procedures and computer systems
