Front Office Supervisor Lead

The Overnight Front Office Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office department. As a leader, you will be responsible for supervising team members, managing inventory, and controlling costs.
You will work closely with the purchasing department to maintain stock levels and manage expenses. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating quality, efficiency, and safe operations of the front office department.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise overnight front office team members, ensuring adherence to Loews Star Service Standards
- Manage inventory levels and control costs through collaboration with the purchasing department
- Coordinate quality, efficiency, and safe operations of the front office department
- Ensure safe and efficient flow of traffic for arriving and departing guests
- Conduct regularly scheduled meetings and training as required
- Answer guest inquiries and resolve complaints, taking all appropriate action to ensure total guest satisfaction
- Ensure that all requests are handled promptly, accurately, and with utmost courtesy
About Our Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Minimum two years experience as a front desk agent at a comparable quality property
- Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
