**Key Responsibilities**

As a Front Desk Operations Manager, you will:

  • Serve as a leader on the front desk, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and providing guests with memorable experiences.
  • Take initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests and teams through their entire stay, including processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and sharing local highlights.
  • Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
  • Be on your feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time) and take a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance).

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in front office operations, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, housekeeping, and maintenance.

**Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary of $$$60,000 - $$80,000 per year**, depending on experience, plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

**Estimated Salary: $65,000 per year**
