Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide high-quality patient care and support in a therapeutic milieu. The successful candidate will work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to promote positive outcomes and a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and participate in therapeutic activities
- Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients and families
- Assist with patient care assignments and documentation
- Identify and report safety concerns and equipment issues
- Participate in unit inventory and maintenance
- Assist patients with activities of daily living and provide nutritional support
- Escorts and supervises patients on and off ground
High School diploma or GED required. Prefer two years of college plus one year of clinical experience, preferably in a psychiatric setting.
Previous experience in direct patient care preferred.
