Seasonal Sales Roles

Our Seasonal Sales team is a group of specialized consultants who provide tailored suggestions and solutions to our guests. They're experts in active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket.

Seasonal Service & Engagement

Our Seasonal Service & Engagement team is made up of advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations. They focus on guest interaction and recovery, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience in our stores.

Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales

Our Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales team is comprised of experts of operations, process, and efficiency. They enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for team members who are passionate about providing exceptional guest service and are eager to learn and grow with our company. If you're a team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering a positive guest experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

We're looking for team members who have a welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members. They should be able to learn and adapt to current technology needs, work both independently and with a team, and resolve guest questions quickly on the spot. Attention to detail and the ability to follow multi-step processes are also essential.

We have a variety of roles available, including Seasonal Guest Advocate, Seasonal General Merchandise Expert, Seasonal Fulfillment Expert, Seasonal Style Consultant, Seasonal Inbound Expert, Seasonal Food & Beverage Expert, and Seasonal Tech Consultant.
