Dasco HME LLC is seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing local scheduling, staff training and development, inventory and warehousing, in-person and telephonic customer service, and reporting to ensure the maximization of human and system resources.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily activities of the branch operations, including staffing, business hours, work assignment, production, and reporting.
- Responsible for the training, coaching, development, performance measurement, discipline, and teamwork of branch staff.
- Delegates appropriate work and emphasizes the development of next-level leaders.
- Routinely reviews and supports ongoing department performance toward organizational goals.
- Notifies supervisor and directs department activities during outages, systems issues, staffing shortages, and other operational issues.
- Participates in company meetings as requested.
- Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies.
- Maintains compliant and steadfast in the enforcement of all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains a favorable working relationship with other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.
- Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
- Maintains a qualified staff and performs all necessary supervisory functions to effectively and efficiently manage the personnel and processes assigned.
- Works with immediate supervisor to determine standards of performance for branch staff.
- Sets the example for staff and instills the Dasco vision, values, and purpose into daily operations.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least one year with Dasco in a branch and/or one year in a managerial role.
- Associate's degree in business management related field.
- Two years in a medical/insurance/healthcare field operations leadership role.
- One year Dasco experience.
Communication proficiency, customer service/client focus, leadership, results-driven, stress management.
Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment and may spend time in a warehouse, clinical, or private residence setting.
Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
