**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to serve as a vital member of our Human Resources Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating associate engagement and recognition initiatives, developing communication tools, and leading the new associate onboarding process for our regional branch locations and support functions. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and build relationships with associates at all levels.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate associate engagement and recognition initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture and drive associate satisfaction
* Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage associates and promote company programs and policies
* Lead the new associate onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into our organization
* Collaborate with leadership to establish retention and satisfaction goals and identify areas for improvement
* Analyze data and feedback to inform strategic decisions and drive business results

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's or Associate's degree in human resources or a related field
* At least 3 to 5 years of general Human Resources experience
* Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and build relationships with associates at all levels
* Ability to analyze data and feedback to inform strategic decisions and drive business results
