Role Summary and Qualifications

We are in search of a Clinical Laboratory Technologist to become part of our laboratory team, fostering a culture of collaboration, quality, and safety for our patients. Our team is exceptional, and we are eager to welcome someone who shares our passion for patient care.

Responsibilities in this Role:

You will conduct routine, complex, or specialized tests in bacteriology, hematology, chemistry, immunology, serology, and immunoassays on biological samples.

You will effectively communicate with other healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses, administrative staff, and medical records) to ensure continuity of patient care and address the needs of those we serve.

You will ensure precision in all testing performed.

You will execute quality control measures and proficiency testing in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Physical, Biological, or Medical Technology/Clinical Laboratory Science (MT/CLS) from an accredited institution.

MT (ASCP) certification or equivalent is mandatory.

A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred.
